Motley Crue’s Vince Neil Pleads Innocent To Battery Charges

MOTLEY CRUE’S VINCE NEIL PLEADS INNOCENT TO BATTERY CHARGES:

An attorney for Motley Crue singer Vince Neil entered a plea of not guilty to misdemeanor battery charges on Friday (Sept. 27) in a Los Angeles courtroom.

Neil is accused of punching record producer Michael Schuman in the face several times outside of the Rainbow Bar & Grill in West Hollywood, Calif., on April 28. Schuman claims that the alledged attack was unprovoked and caused injuries to his teeth, mouth, and elbow. Schuman then filed a $1 million lawsuit against Neil on Sept. 12 in Los Angeles Superior Court for battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence.

A pretrial hearing has been set for Nov. 19.
