Tommy Lee a frat boy? That’s just one of the things the Motley Crue drummer got into when he attended the University Of Lincoln-Nebraska last year for his upcoming NBC reality show, Tommy Lee Goes To College. At NBC’s request, Lee has to keep quiet about the details of his brief college career, but he told LAUNCH that he did take part in the fraternity experience.

“I can’t get into the details of what happens, but I did everything you could possibly do in the college life, including–I’m gonna give you a little bit of a detail–I started my own frat.”

Lee said his frat was called “the House Of Lee,” and he also indicated that he did receive passing grades in his classes.

Tommy Lee Goes To College is scheduled to premiere in June as part of NBC’s summer schedule.

In addition to the TV show, Lee will release a solo album that includes guest appearances by Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler, Velvet Revolver’s Slash, Dave Navarro, members of Good Charlotte, Backstreet Boy Nick Carter, Butch Walker, and Andrew McMahon from Something Corporate.

Red, White, And Crue, debuts this week at Number Six on the Billboard Top 200 with sales of just over 90,000 copies.
