Donnie Vie – Just Enough

Donnie Vie - Just Enough

Having recorded 11 studio albums and toured the world as lead singer of Enuff Z’Nuff playing to millions of rock fans, Donnie Vie returns to the studio to unleash a killer album full of the hooks and Beatlesque harmonies that earned him a legion of fans and made him a frequent guest on Howard Stern’s radio show. Hailing from Chicago, Vie co-founded Enuff Z’Nuff in the mid-’80s. After years of struggle, the band’s self-titled debut scored a couple of quick hits with “New Thing” and “Fly High Michelle.” Though lumped in with hair-metal, the band actually was far more ambitious and accomplished, delivering masterful takes on the crunchy power pop sound of Cheap Trick and Badfinger. In 1994, they re-released their original 1985 demos as 1985, with liner notes penned by the “King of All Media” himself. Following the release of their 11th studio album, Welcome To Blue Island, in 2002, Vie exited to pursue a solo career.
