JANI LANE’S “SAINTS OF THE UNDERGROUND” SUPERGROUP FINISHING NEW ALBUM:

I just finished the new “saints of the underground” record. It will be out later this year. The band is myself, Bobby Blotzer and Robbie Crane (of Ratt) and Keri Kelli (currently playing with Alice Cooper). You can get a taste at our myspace page. The Los Angeles based “SAINTS OF THE UNDERGROUND” are comprised of a group of musicians that when not touring or recording with their respective bands put together a “Jam Band”. This band turned into an entity that have been in Blotzer’s studio recording a full length CD of original material, written by Jani Lane, Bobby Blotzer & Keri Kelli, along with a raucous cover of Tom Petty’s mega hit ” American Girl ” & a mesmerizing version of the Rolling Stones Classic, “Moon Light Mile”. The record was Produced by Bobby Blotzer and Keri Kelli and Mixed by world renowned and legendary producer/Engineer, Andy John’s. Collectively these artists have sold more than 30 million albums worldwide. This new album titled “Love the Sin, Hate the Sinner” has been getting Rave reviews inside the music industry before it’s even been released.

Jani Lane – Vocals: Singer/Songwriter Jani Lane enjoyed multi-platinum success with his former band Warrant. Jani is currently on the 2005 VH1 Unplugged Tour. Jani was also featured on the hit VH 1 Show Celebrity fit club. Warrant has sold 10 million units worldwide.

Bobby Blotzer – Drums: With over 15 million in sales to his credit and countless top 40 hits that include Round and Round, Lay It Down, You’re in Love and Back for More, Bobby and Ratt have established themselves as one of rocks greatest American bands and still are a mainstay on the touring circuit.

Keri Kelli – Lead Guitar: Keri is a Guitarist from Orange County Ca. who is a highly sought after player. Keri has played with some of the biggest names in Rock. Keri just recently joined The legendary Alice Cooper band. He has been touring for the last two years with Skid Row. The list of other bands he has played in include: Ratt, Slash’s Snake pit, & Warrant.

Robbie Crane – Bass Guitar: Robbie hails from the San Fernando Valley in Southern California. Robbie has been in a host of well known bands throughout his career. He is best known for playing Bass with in Motley Crue front man Vince Neil’s band. He has been playing Bass in Ratt for 9 years and is also known for being one of the coolest guys in rock!
