RUSH ANNOUNCE SNAKES & ARROWS WORLD TOUR:

Renowned rock trio RUSH arepleased to announce their Snakes & Arrows World Tour. The tour will kickoff in North America on June 13th at Atlanta’s HiFi Buys Amphitheatre andwill visit over 45 cities throughout the United States and Canada beforetraveling to the UK and Europe.
Tickets will go on sale beginning Saturday, March 31 in a majority oftour markets. The balance of performances will go on-sale over the next fewweeks. The tour will support the band’s upcoming album “Snakes & Arrows”(Anthem/Atlantic Records), RUSH’s first album of original material innearly five years. Due May 1st “Snakes & Arrows” was recorded in the fallof 2006 with Grammy Award-winner Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, VelvetRevolver) and RUSH co-producing. The album’s recently released firstsingle, “Far Cry,” was the #1 most added song at rock radio and already Top10 on the rock radio charts with airplay on over 100 stations in the U.S.
Since releasing its self-titled debut album in 1974, RUSH has beenuniversally regarded as one of the most inventive and exciting groups inrock, famed for virtuoso musicianship, epic soundscapes, and dramaticlyricism. The band’s extraordinary body of work — which includes suchacclaimed works as 1976’s “2112,” 1981’s “MOVING PICTURES,” 1996’s “TESTFOR ECHO,” and 2002’s “VAPOR TRAILS” — has achieved worldwide salesexceeding 35 million units.
