ROB ZOMBIE BRINGS ALICE COOPER AND KISS ALIVE FOR HALLOWEEN:

July 26, 2007

Rob Zombie’s latest movie is a remake of the horror classic ‘Halloween’, and the former White Zombie driver has put together a dose of 70s classic rock for his new movie.

Zombie has assembled Alice Cooper’s ‘Only Women Bleed’, Peter Frampton’s ‘Baby I Love Your Way’, Blue Oyster Cult’s ‘Don’t Fear The Reaper’, Nazareth’s ‘Love Hurts’, Iggy Pop’s ‘1969’, Bachman Turner Overdrive’s ‘Let It Ride’ and The Misfits ‘Halloween 2’.

His new version of the Halloween movie goes back to uncover the making of a pathologically disturbed and cursed child named Michael Myers.

As a director, Zombie made ‘The Devil’s Rejects’ (2000) and ‘House of 1000 Corpses (2004).

Prior to that, in 1999, he created ‘Rob Zombie Presents Frankenstein’ where he took the three original classic Frankenstein films and made a mixtape featuring dialogue from the movies.

‘Halloween: The Original Motion Picture’ will be released on August 31st.
