A very special Bon Scott Celebration Concert CD Launch set to take place at Metro City in Perth on October 19.

In February this year, over 10,000 people attended the inaugural Bon Scott Celebration Concert held in Bon Scott’s hometown of Perth, at the Claremont Showgrounds. The Celebration Concert featured a stellar line-up, including The Angels, Rose Tattoo, The Party Boys (featuring former members of ACDC and Status Quo), The Screaming Jets, Dave Warner and a host of local Western Australian bands.

With enough money raised to fund the Bon Scott Statue, the Bon Scott Celebration Concert donated $50,000 to Support Act Limited, the Australian music industry charity, $20,000 to WAM, the Western Australian Music Industry Association, $16,000 to Bon Scott’s family via Alberts Records (for a charity of their choice) and $5,000 Nordoff Robbins musical therapy program.

Live performances from the Bon Scott Celebration Concert are set for release on the Bon Scott Celebration Concert CD, featuring The Angels and The Party Boys, featuring Dave Evans (original AC/DC vocalist), Mark Evans (original bass player of AC/DC), Alan Lancaster (Status Quo) and many more!
