Nikki Sixx appears to hint that he’s waiting to hear whether ‘The Stadium Tour’ will be postponed

The likely most anticipated tour of the summer appears to be on the bubble for this summer.
The Stadium Tour featuring Mötley Crüe, Def Leppard, Poison and Joan Jett & The Blackhearts was supposed to proceed during the summer of 2020 but got postponed to 2021 due to Covid pandemic.
While the United States of America seems to have made great strides in re-openings things up including its economy in the last five months, it does not appear that enough progress will be made for The Stadium Tour to be able to proceed on its opening night of June 19, 2021.
Mötley Crüe bassist Nikki Sixx appears to be unsure as well as he posted the following somewhat cryptic message on his Facebook page on May 5, 2021: “Just like you we are waiting on a definitive answer…”
Perhaps Sixx is still waiting for the “definitive answer” on whether The Stadium Tour will proceed but it appears that his bandmate Vince Neil might know a little more. The singer is scheduled to perform at the Batavia Downs – Trackside in Batavia, New York, USA on June 18, 2021 (as per Eventbrite) even though The Stadium Tour is scheduled to start the next day (on June 19, 2021) in Nashville, Tennessee, USA.
