Original Bang Tango guitarist Mark Knight has released a video for the song “Sorry Life” from his band Mark Knight & The Unsung Heroes. The track was featured on Knight’s solo album ‘Bone Tight Rail’, which is available for purchase at www.musicbymarkknight.com.

Rounding out The Unsung Heroes band are former Bang Tango drummer Tigg Ketler, Rhino Bucket bassist Reeve Downes and former Bang Tango guitarist Mark Tremalgia.

Knight tells Sleaze Roxx, “I have 20 songs written and have been demoing them. We will most likely be doing some more videos for ‘Bone Rail Tight’ in the future.”

Mark Knight is best known for his guitar work and as the major song writing force behind Bang Tango, who sold over one million records, had 2 Top Ten music videos on MTV, and several world tours. After Bang Tango Mark formed ‘Worry Beads’, where he worked with Bernard Fowler developing his vocal skills.

Mark’s latest album, ‘Bone Rail Tight’, is his first full-length solo effort, but its roots go back a few years. In 2006 Mark released a 5 song solo EP entitled ‘Perfect American Family’. It featured Matt Abts (Gov’t Mule) on drums and Tony Marsico (Neil Young, Roger Daltrey, Matthew Sweet) on bass. Mark’s fans loved the EP but all made the same comment, “It’s too short!”

With the help of ‘Perfect American Family’ producer Tom Lavin, Mark got right into writing songs for a new album, all the while recording a third Worry Beads CD. Fitting in sessions whenever Matt and Tony were available, ‘Bone Rail Tight’ was recorded in a small private studio with impressive results. Mark was blessed to have many other friends lend their talents to the project. Fans who got to hear the tracks in progress were amazed at the new songs and delighted in hearing acoustic versions at shows both in Los Angeles and on tour in the Southeast.
