Paul Stanley reveals KISS have over $1.5 million in pyro for New Year’s Eve live stream from Dubai

Paul Stanley was recently interviewed by Katherine Turman for SPIN in order to promote KISS‘ upcoming New Year’s Eve live stream concert at the Atlantis Dubai at The Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. Ticket prices for the live stream concert range from $39.99 to $999.99 and can be purchased via tixr.com.
Stanley made the following comments:
“If there’s a way we can kick 2020 in the ass with an eight-inch-heel to say goodbye to it, let’s do it!”
“I believe, at this point, we have over a million and a half dollars of pyro. It’s absolutely enormous; we’ve never been known for subtlety.”
“New Year’s Eve will be their final tour show on steroids.”
“This is one of, I would say, maybe three times or so that we’ve ever done a New Year’s Eve show. This is a worldwide party. No. This is like the Olympics with guitars.”
