Playhouse release video for single “Revolution Tonight”

Canadian rockers Playhouse have released a video for their single “Revolution Tonight” which includes excerpts from a speech from famed civil rights activist Martin Luther King as well as video footage of protests and riots that have been taken place in the United States of America following the death of African-American man George Floyd while under the custody of four policemen in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA on May 25, 2020.

In terms of Playhouse‘s future plans, the group posted the following message on its Facebook page back on May 29, 2020 (with slight edits):

“BREAKING NEWS

A shout out to our fans and friends.

Last night the band and management had a 2hr meeting on video chat to discuss the future of Playhouse! Due to this horrible pandemic and health issues, we’ve decided to continue working on our new record using todays amazing technology. In 2021 we will release our new record internationally.

So for now, keep the faith , horns up?and stay safe
