Pröwess release video for standialone single “Saturday Night Special” and provide debut album update
North Carolina rockers Pröwess have released a video for their new single “Saturday Night Special”, a cover of a song originally performed by Lynyrd Skynyrd. The video features selected footage from Pröwess’ appearance at the Hogrock Festival back in June 2019 and required official approval from Lynyrd Skynyrd, as well as the copyright holders due to the video containing “not safe for work” (“NSFW”) elements. “Saturday Night Special” is a digital-only single available on all the usual online platforms and will not be included in the track listing of Pröwess’ forthcoming debut album.
In addition to the new single, the band has provided an update on its fan based Facebook page, affectionately known as ‘The Tribe’, declaring that the group’s full-length debut album’s release date is scheduled for January 4th, 2020 and it will be titled Blacktop Therapy.
