Purrfect Timing Radio Show To Feature Classic Rock Fest

PURRFECT TIMING RADIO SHOW TO FEATURE CLASSIC ROCK FEST:

December 8, 2008

If you’re a Journey fan, if you’re a fan of great live rock music, and if you’re in Chicagoland……you’re in the right place. Here in the midwest we have a phenomenal tribute band called INFINITY, performing locally all over Chicagoland and Indiana.

Check them out today on MySpace at www.myspace.com/infinity2kmusic or on the web at Infinity2k.com – The Infinity Homepage for upcoming shows and events.

This week host Allee Martell caught the show at Durty Nellie’s in Palatine and also had a few minutes to talk with Kevin Willison, rhythm guitar and lead vox for Infinity (actually this band is so good they ALL sing lead). The set list included songs from Styx, Foreigner, Boston, Whitesnake, Journey, Def Leppard, Van Halen and Rush. I can honestly say I have never heard Def Leppard covered well before…many have tried, many have failed. These guys DO it.

INFINITY really knows how to show the crowd a good time! Not only do they absolutely nail these songs musically, they all have great vocal talent. High energy, great music, everybody joins in on these songs, sometimes even on stage. These guys always have everybody rockin’ out!

This Wednesday on Purrfect Timing you’ll hear our interview with Kevin Willison, rhythm guitarist and lead vox with Infinity. It will be part of a night of “Back to Classics”, featuring some of the best of classic rock AND we’ll also hear performances of great classic rock from some awesome tribute bands, including Infinity, Frontiers, ThundHerStruck and the Iron Maidens!

As always, you can send your requests, suggestions, comments and bad attitude! to PURRFECTTIMING@YMAIL.COM
