February 12, 2014
Up and coming Swedish rock band Reach have released their debut single and music video “Black Lady”. The single is available for purchase at numerous online stores including iTunes and Amazon.
Inspired by bands like Whitesnake, H.E.A.T and Journey, Reach started out in 2012 and consists of Alex Waghorn (lead vocals), Ludvig Turner (guitar), David Jones (bass) and Marcus Johansson (drums).
The band’s first release was a cover video of “Wake Me Up” (originally performed by Avicci, featuring Aloe Blacc). The video was a success with over 400,000 views on YouTube and has received great feedback from fans and press around the world.
Since then Reach have signed an album deal with Reflection Sounds, started to write and record their own material and are now releasing their debut single “Black Lady”. The video was shot in the band’s hometown of Stockholm, Sweden by Tomas Rosenberg and Thomas Widmark.
