Review:
Tooth And Nail is the sophomore outing from this talented California quintet, and somewhat of a pop-metal classic. Songs like “Tooth And Nail”, and radio hits like “Just Got Lucky” and “Into the Fire” really rock! Of course who could forget the monster power ballad “Alone Again”, which shot up to #64 on the charts (making it Dokken‘s most successful single).

Don Dokken‘s vocals are superb and really play off the incredible riffs of smoking guitar player George Lynch. Tooth And Nail helped put them on the metal map, and pushed Dokken over the top commercially. Dokken continue to release new music and tour to this day, but with a revolving door line-up. Tooth And Nail is one of my all time favorite albums, and it gets two thumbs up from me!
