Rhino Bucket Working On ‘Rare Beauty’ For Late 2010 Release
August 17, 2010
Rhino Bucket are headed into the recording studio for their 6th studio release. They are working with producer Doug Boehm (The Vines, Guided By Voices, The Whigs, and Hannah Montana) at Grandmaster Recorders in Hollywood, CA.
The new release, Rare Beauty, features 12 new tracks written by band members Georg Dolivo (vocals/guitars), Reeve Downes (bass/vocals), Brian Forsythe (guitars/vocals) and Anthony Biuso (drums/vocals).
The record, on Acetate Records, is expected to drop in late 2010 and will be available at retail and online. Rhino Bucket will be touring Europe and America in support of the new release.
French record label Bad Reputation will also be re-releasing the first Rhino Bucket album with four bonus tracks later this year. It will be the first time in over 15 years that Rhino Bucket’s debut album will be available. To honor the re-release, Rhino Bucket will be performing the entire first album, in order, in their live sets starting with the European 2011 tour. In addition to the first album, each live performance will also include songs from the band’s entire catalog as well as brand new songs.
