Santa Cruz cancel festival shows for this summer citing “undisclosed disagreements” within band

The future continues to look bleak for the current line-up of Santa Cruz featuring frontman Archie Cruz, guitarist Johnny Parkkonen, bassist Middy Toivonen and drummer Taz Fagerstrom.

Santa Cruz were in the midst of their latest tour of the United States of America supporting Fozzy for many dates when suddenly on March 18, 2018, the group announced that it was cancelling the rest of its US tour with Parkkonen, Toivonen and Fagerstrom all leaving the band.

The following message was posted on Santa Cruz‘s Facebook page yesterday:

“We also regret to inform we have been forced to cancel all the Santa Cruz festival shows for the summer, due to undisclosed disagreements with the band. This situation is heartbreaking & sad, and we apologize to all our devoted fans who´ve stuck with us through the years.
