Santa Cruz Posts First Music Video From ‘Anthems For The Young N’ Restless’ EP

While Hanoi Rocks might be dead and buried, the new wave of young glam rock bands are emerging from Finland’s underground rock scene.

The hottest of them right now are the Helsinki natives Santa Cruz who have just completed their latest 6-song EP entitled ‘Anthems For The Young N’ Restless’. To promote the new release, which can be previewed at www.facebook.com/santacruzband, the band have released a music video for the title track.

Santa Cruz was formed by Johnny and Archie on the hot summer of 2007. With the mutual dream of playing their asses off and kickin’ peoples butts they had the same goals and the same passion for a band to be. So the name Santa Cruz was chosen to be the title of their vision of a perfect hard rock band. Middy found his way to play the bass in the beginning of 2008 and a year and a half and two drummers after that, Taz was found to fill the drummers seat permanently. Now the Cruz boys are gigging regularly and are growing their reputation in the Finnish RnR scene! The band’s self produced EP ‘Another Rush Of Adrenaline’ was released in the autumn of 2009 and has been getting positive reviews in the media.
