Sebastian Bach Court Case Put Over Until December 21st

The case against rocker Sebastian Bach, the former lead singer of the 1980s heavy metal band Skid Row, was briefly addressed in court Tuesday.
His lawyers received disclosure and the case was put over to December 21.
City police charged Bach, 42, with assault, possession of marijuana and mischief after an incident at Riley’s Olde Town Pub shortly after midnight on November 15.
He was charged under his given name Sebastian Bierk.
After he was granted bail in Peterborough on November 15, Bach was transferred to Toronto police on an outstanding mischief charge from 2004. The charge was withdrawn the following day in court in Toronto.
Bach was not in court Tuesday.
Bach grew up in Peterborough and now lives in New Jersey.
