Sebastian Bach returns to play live gigs in hometown of Peterborough, ON, Canada two decades later
We’re not sure why it took more than two decades for former Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach to play a live gig again in his hometown of Peterborough, Ontario, Canada but the singer made it count with two shows at The Venue on November 17th and 19th. Clearly, Bach thought his concert on November 17th was a special one with the following messages left on his Facebook account before and after the show:
November 17, 2018 — “Well hello Peterborough! I cannot believe I’m saying that! So honored and happy to play My hometown! The memories here are limitless. Just drove into town past the stage in Crary Park where I won the battle of the bands with my band bloody Mary in 1982 was it? Something crazy like that. Really looking forward to tonight’s Sold Out out show at The Venue I’m sure I will remember the building it’s in because I know every building in this town haha! Thank you for an unbelievable show last night Toronto the reception is something I will never forget! I had an amazing time with Anvil on the bus after the show and my friends too! See you tonight Peterborough it’s great to be Bach home!!”
