Sharon Osbourne’s Cancer Spreads

SHARON OSBOURNE’S CANCER SPREADS:

There is more bad news today for Sharon Osbourne, the matriarch of The Osbourne’s household. She has confirmed that the operation to remove her colon cancer was not a complete success and that the cancer has spread.

Sharon, wife of metal god Ozzy Osbourne, producer of the TV show The Osbournes as well as carrying the title rock band manager, will now undergo three months of chemotherapy starting next week.

In an interview with People magazine that came out yesterday, Sharon says “You think nothing will ever happen to you. You’re invincible. Then after you get over the shock and panic you realize how lucky you are to be alive”.

She said her husband Ozzy has taken the news badly. “This has been incredibly hard for Ozzy, for both of us” says Sharon. “Everything in my life was going so good. It’s like I needed something to happen to remind me that I’ve had it too good.”

Plans for season two of The Osbournes are going ahead. Sharon says she will allow the cameras to film her treatment. “People will see me having chemo” she told People. “It’ll be interesting. I think I’ll bring some music, introduce myself, maybe we can sing some songs and cheer the place up.”
