Slash has been hard at work co-producing the film ‘Nothing Left To Fear’ and its accompanying soundtrack. Today the former Guns N’ Roses guitarist has uploaded the film’s title track, featuring Myles Kennedy on vocals.
“As a co-producer of both the motion picture Nothing Left To Fear and the soundtrack to the film, I’ve been heavily involved in every step of the creation of both the film and the score,” states Slash. “I’ve decided to make this soundtrack exclusively available on PledgeMusic as a way to gain a more personal interaction with you guys, the fans. I am a huge fan of horror films ever since I was a little kid in England, and now I’m excited to share the process of what goes into creating projects like this.”
Nothing Left To Fear follws Wendy (Anne Heche), her husband Dan (James Tupper of “Revenge”) and their kids who have just moved to the small town of Stull, Kansas, where Dan is the new pastor. But in this sleepy community of friendly neighbors, a horrific series of occurrences awaits them: Their teenage daughter (Rebekah Brandes of “Bellflower”) is being tormented by grisly visions. Her younger sister (Jennifer Stone of “Wizards Of Waverly Place”) has been marked for a depraved ritual. And deep within the heartland darkness, one of The Seven Gates Of Hell demands the blood of the innocent to unleash the creatures of the damned. Ethan Peck (“10 Things I Hate About You”) and Clancy Brown (“The Shawshank Redemption”) co-star in in this demonic shocker featuring original music by producer Slash and inspired by the real-life paranormal legacy of Stull.
This is the first feature film launched by Slash and Academy-Award winning producer Michael Williams and Rob Eric. Directing is Anthony Leonardi III, Gore Verbinski protege. The score was written and co-produced by Slash and Nicholas O’Toole and will include a total of 32 tracks.
