Southgang 2.0 bassist Brian Kirtland joins Mad Margritt

Atlanta, Georgia, USA based rockers Mad Margritt have announced today that they have a new bassist in Brian Kirtland who will be replacing Matt Aebi.

“****Mad Margritt News- HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT***

We are very proud to introduce everyone to the newest member of Mad Margritt, bassist Brian Kirtland!! Brian is also a member of Southgang 2.0 along with original Southgang singer Jesse Harte and Mad Margritt guitarist Mark Cook. Brian also was a member of Byte The Bullet back in the late 80’s along with Jesse Harte and Butch Walker. That band eventually went on to become Southgang and had several hits on MTV including “Tainted Angel”. We are really excited to have Brian on board with us. His first show with Mad Margritt will be July 15th at Red & Terry’s Timbers so be sure to come on out and say hello to him!!! We want to thank Matt Aebi for his 2 years of service in the Mad Margritt Army and we wish him nothing but the best on all his future endeavors. Matt will still be performing shows in the Atlanta area with Iron Mullet and Arena as well as his solo acoustic shows.”
