Steel Panther’s ‘Fans Come First’ livestream to take place on May 22nd
Great news for Steel Panther fans as the group will be holding another livestream concert. This time, the event is dubbed the Fans Come First livestream and it will be held from the Viper Room in Los Angeles, California, USA on Friday, May 22, 2021 at 5:00 pm EDT (NYC) and 10:00 pm BST (London).
Since the advent of the Covid pandemic, Steel Panther have already held a number of livestream concerts including the Concert To Save The World on June 7, 2020 and Rockdown In The Lockdown on August 16, 2020.
Steel Panther‘s press release indicates:
“We’re back bitches and we’re giving the world the perfect way to kick-off the summer with the Fans Come First livestream. Broadcasting live on May 22nd – the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend, the show will stream globally at 2:00PM PDT (Los Angeles), 5:00PM EDT (NYC) and 10:00PM BST (London). Fans Come First will differ from any other livestream we’ve done since the setlist will be curated directly from the Fanthers – you!
Click here to submit suggestions for the set list and upload videos here (be as short as possible so we can get you all in!) of yourself talking about how you discovered Steel Panther or your favorite song, etc. The videos will be shared throughout the Fans Come First event so make them bitchin!
Tickets for the show are $15 each with a portion of the proceeds for each ticket sold going to benefit Dogs Without Borders. Fans who purchased tickets under 2 for $20 promotion last year will automatically have access to the show. Fans who have a Rockin Like Dokken or Balls Out level Fanther subscriptions get to see all live streams for free. Find out more about the official Fanther club here.
The stream will be available until June 6th and ticket buyers will have access to the Rockbuster Video Archive to watch past streams as well from the time they purchase the ticket until that date. For more information and to purchase tickets, click here.
“It has been over six months since we have been able to do a livestream from Los Angeles. With summer just around the corner, we figured now is the perfect time to come together with the fans and help some dogs while at it. The fact the fans will be picking the set list for this oneis something that we couldn’t be more excited for. It is going to an adventure for us as much as it will be for them.” – Panther.”
