Stephen Pearcy to announce first stream concert after Ratt initially set to do it but “unable to commit”
Ratt frontman Stephen Pearcy continues to post somewhat cryptic messages that all is not well in the Ratt camp.

Back in October 2020, Pearcy indicated that Ratt would not be recording any new material anytime soon only nine days after Ratt previously announced that they would have a new rhythm guitarist and new music in 2021.
The following messages were posted on Pearcy‘s Facebook page in the last two days:
February 22, 2021: “SEPearcy #rattbastards rehearsals began yesterday for the first upcoming stream concert filming Feb 2021. Originally booked for his band RATT, now a SEPearcy Ratt Bastards solo show. More info tba Photos:#misstruthadare 2021 Information on subscription and how to order the show TBA”
February 21, 2021: “Backstage Past”, Today rehearsals, and a bit of filming through next week for a planned Docu series on the RATT founder frontman SEPearcy with ASY TV. Pearcy will be announcing his first stream concert with his #rattbastards Feb. 2021. The band RATT was initially set to do the concert, but eventually not able to commit to the show. Pearcy posted a YouTube video earlier today of his solo band rehearsing. The line-up consists of Pearcy on lead vocals, guitarists Erik Ferentinos and Frankie Wilsey, bassist Jerry Montano and L.A. Guns (feat. Lewis and Guns) drummer Scot Coogan.
