Sunset Riot Debut “Trash Vs Class” Video
February 18, 2013
Australia’s newest hard rock sensations Sunset Riot have released a video for the single “Trash Vs Class”, from the band’s 2010 self-titled release.
Sunset Riot’s self-titled EP was released in July 2010 and was produced and recorded by Steve James (Cold Chisel, Screaming Jets, Airbourne) and mastered by George Marino (Bon Jovi, Metallica) at Sterling Sound in New York. 2012 brought another new EP, ‘Uprising’, produced by Mark Opitz and recorded between 30 Mill studios in Melbourne and Australia’s iconic Studio 301. To back it up, the touring juggernaut that is Sunset Riot set off around Australia and embarked on their second assault of the U.S.A.
Once again Sunet Riot are heading to America, and this time they are asking for your help by launching a fundraising campaign — viewable at www.sunsetriot.com.
“Touring, especially international touring, is expensive,” says the band. “Between van rental, fuel costs, instrument and gear maintenance, accomodation, promotion and of course food its a wonder we even make it out the door sometimes and that’s not even including flights! Each year we try to figure out creative ways of being able to come back to the USA and tour. We would love to be able to get to as many of you as possible and this is where you can help. Simply click thru to the “perks” page and purchase the the perk that sounds the best to you. There is something for everyone here and we’ve come up with a few crazy ideas which we hope you like. Even $10 can help us immensely so thank you in advance for helping us to tour across this amazing country of yours!”
