Sweet Creature drop lyric video for new single “Not Dead Yet”

Sweet Creature featuring Crashdïet guitarist Martin Sweet have unveiled a lyric video for their new single “Not Dead Yet”. The song was written by Sweet and Linus Nirbrant. Since their debut album The Devil Knows My Name, which finished at #1 on the Sleaze Roxx’s Top Ten Albums of 2016, Sweet Creature have released two other singles titled “I’ll Be Alright” and “This Town Is Dead.”

In an interview with Sleaze Roxx back in May 2016, Sweet was asked what was the idea behind Sweet Creatures and how that came about to which he replied (witch slight edits):

“I’ve always felt that I need to get more music released than just 10 songs every second or third year. So this was an attempt to do so. But now that I think about it, it’s been three years since “Savage [Amusement] was release [laughs] so maybe it’s impossible?”

In terms of handling the lead vocals in Sweet Creature, Sweet opined: “Well, I’m used to singing on demos but not live so well see how that goes [laughs]. It’s not like I’ve always wanted to be a frontman. It’s just necessary for this project since we’re playing some of those old demos on the new album. I do however have a vision of all four of us singing lead in the future, kind of like KISS in the ’70s.”
