The gang is back together! That Metal Show co-hosts Eddie Trunk, Jim Florentine and Don Jamieson are joining forces again with their new YouTube show That Rocks! which will be launching in May 2023.
The following message was posted on Trunk‘s Facebook page earlier today:
“We are getting the band back together! Happy to announce I will be reuniting with Don Jamieson & Jim Florentine for an all new LIVE weekly YouTube show #ThatRocks ! All details TBA soon. Will launch next month. Please check out our intro video and most important subscribe to the channel. Thanks, more soon!”
Wikipedia states the following about That Metal Show (with slight edits): “That Metal Show is a talk show that premiered on VH1 Classic on November 15, 2008 and ended on May 9, 2015 with a span of 14 seasons. Hosted by Eddie Trunk, Don Jamieson and Jim Florentine, the series features three hosts interviewing musicians from the hard rock and heavy metal genre in addition to artists and non-musicians who are metal fans while various segments intervene throughout the episode.”
VH1 Classic discontinued producing more episodes of That Metal Show on January 19, 2016 due to the network’s transition to MTV Classic seven months later.
