Most people are aware of the myriad of energy drinks available for athletes but what about an energy drink for musicians? The Fill Ins‘ singer and guitarist Alex Stiff has created, along with concert venue The Rim‘s principal Brad Smith, an energy drink for musicians called Hate Energy.
The following message was posted on The Fill Ins‘ Facebook page back on November 18, 2017:
“Hate Energy is the brain child of Alex Stiff of The Fill Ins and Brad Smith; owner and operator of The Rim (Norton WV), wanting to create a unique and tasty energy drink named after The Fill Ins‘ song “Hate”!
This sugar free, low sodium, made in the USA energy drink will give you the kick any active athlete or rock star needs to keep kicking ass at peak performance! Sporting a special bend of B12, B6, and Taurine to keep not only your body active, but to wake up your brain and keep you more alert!”
The Fill Ins‘ “Story” on their Facebook page states in part:
“The Fill Ins are Charlotte NC’s premiere high-octane Rock n Roll band; sporting catchy guitar riffs and an unapologetic attitude.
Started back in 2010 and officially debiting in 2013, The Fill Ins have endured enough to prove they are here to stay. Today’s lineup consists of founding member Alex Stiff on rhythm guitar and vocals, Mikey Black on Lead Guitar, James “Captain” Nunn on Bass, and Adam Patterson on Drums.”
