Three former original Bang Tango members now playing together in Mark Knight & The Unsung Heroes

Three fifths of the original Bang Tango lineup are now playing together in Mark Knight & The Unsung Heroes. Guitarists Mark Knight and Kyle Stevens along with drummer Tigg Ketler are all part of Knight‘s band.

The following message was posted in part on Knight‘s Facebook page earlier today:

“Some news in the Mark Knight & The Unsung Heroes camp. I think all you Bang Tango fans will like it. Mr. Tigg Ketler will be back in the saddle on drums at our up coming show at Petie’s Place this Friday night. As far as original Bang Tango goes three of us are back playing music together. Kyle Stevens Tigg Ketler and Mark Knight with our new bassist Eddie Montes. Hope to see you all this Friday.”

Back in mid-October 2016, the original Bang Tango line-up of Knight, Stevens, Tegler, lead vocalist Joe Leste and bassist Kyle Kyle played together at a rehearsal but nothing further seemed to become of that “reunion.” According to Wikipedia, the original line-up reunited for one show back in 2006 even though the YouTube video clip of that gig indicates “2015.”
