Tracii Guns’ band denied entry into Canada for two shows
Former L.A. Guns guitarist Tracii Guns was scheduled to play two shows in Canada on May 2, 2016 (at the Brass Monkey in Ottawa, Ontario) and May 5, 2016 (at The Rockpile in Toronto, Ontario) but he and his band were not able to all get through customs to get into Canada.
Tracii Guns is currently touring performing L.A. Guns‘ entire self-titled debut album.
On May 2, 2016, Tracii Guns posted the following on his “musician/band” Facebook page (with slight edits):
“Alert to our Canadian friends. We were turned away at the border at 650 PM tonight and due to circumstances that cannot be repaired at this time I have to let you know we will Not be performing the two shows this week . We love you and hope to make it up to you all as soon as possible !!!”
