Trucker Diablo Debut “Voodoo” Music Video

Northern Ireland’s hottest import, Trucker Diablo, unleashed ‘The Devil Rhythm’, one of the most devastatingly heavy records with big time hooks, on January 3rd through Ripple Music. Now the band have released a brand new music video from the album — for the single “Voodoo”.
Originally self-released in 2010, ‘The Devil Rhythm’ was re-released by Ripple Music on January 3rd (February 6th in the UK) and featured three bonus tracks, one previously unreleased and digital access to two live tracks recorded during the bands performance at 2011’s edition of the Download Festival. ‘The Devil Rhythm’ is a forty-plus minute rocker that fuses elements of southern rock with heavy metal and a punk-y attitude that creates a refreshing and completely infectious album that could easily act as the soundtrack to hi-jinks and shenanigans for kids of all ages.
Trucker Diablo has already garnered the attention of some of rock n’ roll’s biggest names, including Joe Elliott (Def Leppard), Cormac Neeson (The Answer), Dee Snider (Twisted Sister), and Ricky Warwick (Thin Lizzy), who also makes a guest appearance on the Trucker track “Juggernaut”. In the summer of 2011 the band were hand-picked by the Download festival promoters and performed on the Pepsi max stage in front of a 6,000 strong crowd while Dee Snider from legendary rock band Twisted Sister watched from the side and stayed for the whole set.
Trucker Diablo began in early 2008 as four friends coming together collectively as a group to play music they loved and that defined them as individuals. The band soon became an unstoppable machine through the local support of fans, a DIY, grass roots, word of mouth movement across the internet, and the persistent work ethic that is forcing the world to make notice.
With tracks from the album being played on America, Canadian, Australian, and British radio stations; including a live studio session on BBC Radio One, and a bevy of positive world-wide press culminating with appearances on the cover-mount CD’s for Classic Rock and Metal Hammer, Trucker Diablo gained the attention of the California-based independent hard rock label, Ripple Music, and both families quickly became one.
