Sad news for Tyketto‘s frontman Danny Vaughn as the singer has lost his singing gig for the tribute band The Ultimate Eagles due to economics.

The following message was posted on Vaughn‘s Facebook page earlier today:
“I am very sad to have to announce that I will no longer be a touring member of The Ultimate Eagles. This decision was not by my choice but was made by the other founding members of the band. The reasons stated were financial; that after nine years as one of the band’s main front men it has become too costly to bring me over for tours and shows from my home in Spain. I will greatly miss performing with the band and, even more so, I will miss seeing the wonderful fans around the world that have been so enthusiastic and supportive over the years.
A wise man once said, “focus on the positives”, and I have a new solo album coming out that I am very proud of, a busy Tyketto schedule, and new Snake Oil & Harmony music to work on. That is where my energies will continue to be channelled. Thank you to all the great UE fans out there for one hell of a ride.”
