Vinnie Vincent Allowed To Return Home After Wife Beating Allegations

The former guitarist for the band KISS will be allowed to go back to his home in Smyrna, but he can’t live there.

Larry Flowers of WSMV-TV reports that Vinnie Vincent, whose real name is Vincent Cusano, was in court Thursday along with his wife. Last week, police arrested Cusano on suspicion of beating his wife and dragging her through broken glass a little more than a week ago. His wife, Diane, was covered with blood when sheriff’s deputies arrived, they said.

Dead dogs in sealed containers were also found, but it was determined the animals were killed by a more aggressive dog, officials said.

In court, both sides agreed Cusano can return to the family property but he will live in a separate home. The judge also allowed Cusano to visit the main house, but only if his wife is not there.

Cusano is scheduled to appear back in court on aggravated domestic assault charges later this month.

Cusano was a member of KISS between 1982 and 1984.
