Wildstreet frontman Eric Jayk looking for new band members

Wildstreet‘s long-time frontman Eric Jayk is apparently needing an entire new supporting cast as the singer is looking for a lead guitarist, bassist and drummer to fulfill his band’s upcoming tour dates in August and September.

The following message was posted on Wildstreet‘s Facebook page earlier today:

Wildstreet is seeking a reliable professional lead guitarist, bassist and drummer. We have a tour booked in August/ September including Rocklahoma. If interested please send a video playing any of the songs on ‘III’ ‘ and your availability/experience to Bliss My Heart ASAP.

There have been a number of line-up changes within Wildstreet since the release of their album III via Golden Robot Records back on June 28, 2021. That record featured the line-up of Jayk on lead vocals, Jimmy Marlowe and Don Marles on guitar, Jonny D on bass and Lock Driver on drums. That line-up had been in place for some time and when Sleaze Roxx interviewed Jayk back in early February 2017.

By February 2022, only Jayk and Marlowe remained in the group with newcomers Crispy Borell (guitar), Don Berger (bass) and Dan Whitelock (drums) rounding out the line-up. By mid-April 2022, Whitelock had been replaced by Alex Cohen on drums. Later on this year, Wildstreet seemed to be operating with four band members rather than five.

Back on July 28th, Borell announced on his Facebook page that he was no longer a part of Wildstreet:

“I’m sorry to announce that I’m leaving Wildstreet. I’m very grateful for the opportunity, and will continue to rock very soon. Peace and love❤️
