Wolf Hoffmann and violinist Ava-Rebekah Rahman unveil video for track “The Moldau”

Guitarist Wolf Hoffmann‘s love of classical music has been quite evident over the years with the release of his two solo albums Classical (1997) and Headbangers Symphony (2016) as well as his band Accept‘s Symphonic Terror: Live At Wacken (2018). Accordingly, it should not be a surprise to see that Hoffmann has teamed up with classical violinist Ava-Rebekah Rahman to release a video for the track “The Moldau.”

The following message was posted in part on Accept‘s Facebook page earlier today:

“On the 2019 Symphonic Terror Tour with the Orchestra of Death, our Guitar legend partnered up with classical crossover violinist, Ava-Rebekah Rahman and took the music from his Headbangers Symphony Album to the next level! They have finally released their version of The Moldau.

This video is dedicated to the memory of Carmelo Mafali, who arranged the pieces for that project, and tragically passed away from covid in 2021, leaving a huge gap in Symphonic metal. We’re sure he’d love the video.

Check it out…”
